In a group setting, we'll focus on applying technical abilities in more game-like situations and . With more players involved, tactics and decision making become easier to teach. Small group sessions are great to tap into the competitive spirit of team training while maximizing time on the ball.

VIRTUAL COACHING
A good coach is a powerful force multiplier in an athelete's development. Most of a players experience being coached is on the field but for most players, additional support in the mental side of the game would benifit almost everyone. It can be a lonly road to the top and having objectivity from outside the inner circle has proved useful in my own career.
There are several aspects to these sessions and the importance of each depend on the players individual needs. If you have access to game footage we can do tactical analysis sessions. What I am most passionate about is helping players create a personalized system for managing life around training and maximizing your focus and energy levels for the moments that matter most.
